There is a time to give up and there is a time to reflect

There is a time in people's lives that they have no idea what to do, so they turn for people for help. But what happens when the people you turn to aren't there to help you get out of the rut you are in or whatever is going on with you. Most people would just turn to another person for help and they might receive help. For some people no one is there to help, so they end up killing themselves. They look on everything as a bad dream for most of their down time and it is not a very good look at life or at anything for that matter. The people don't realize is that it is the people around them that are making their life worse weither it is a friend or a friend of a friend. They just need to get away from that person at any cost for their life to become better. But what happens when that friend you need to distance your self from is one of your best friends and you don't know how to tell them that you are leaving because they aren't making things in your life better but they are making them worse. Well there are two ways to tell them how you feel and everything. One way is to straight up tell the person what they don't know that has been going on in your life that has made you change and that you might be leaving your friend behind because you need to get happy before you can talk to them again, or the other way is just to disappear for a bit and I don't mean kill yourself or anything like that, I mean you need to distance yourself from them to realize that you can be happy with out anyone around you. You just have to spend time looking at yourself and finding all the good in life and sometimes that works. Now I know that most people won't read this but the people that do, should know I am speaking from experience. I am trying to make myself happy while being best friends with someone, yes it is very difficult but in the long run it might be for the best and you and your friend might become better friends because of it. So just know if you ever think about ending your life because of some stupid reason, don't, you don't know how precisous your life truly is until you see what the actions you do to other people. Know that you are loved and that no one should end their life.
